Watch out about Tim+MSN, there is someone who is somehow using the " support@asmallorange.com " email address, he even tried to worm my password out of me. ohmy.gif Don't worry, I've told Tim. wink.gif

Indeed it is possible to use any address as a .net passport on MSN.

If the address has not be confirmed it will say (E-mail not verified) besides the persons name on MSN.

The owner of the domain can reject the .net registration if an e-mail address is set up at the address

Very good I like the idea of Live Webchat more than Telephone support.

I can talk to myself now, how fun biggrin.gif

I never realised how easy it was/is to use that helpdesk from the admin side ohmy.gif.

EDIT: It got my resolution wrong, silly program.

I've just though, you know what would be really cool?

Multiple users, like the IPS client center!

Possible?

I can't access my tickets anymore.

I have Ticket IDs that enabled me to access my tickets from the past.

I don't have an account, but I want to access one particular ticket from the past that I need to review right now.

I tried using the "recover your password" feature but it claims my email is invalid, even though it is the exact email I always use. ohmy.gif  huh.gif  sad.gif

Yes i am using the exact same email address I used to create the ticket.

As a matter of fact, I still have the ticket confirmation email that was sent to that email address so I know i'm not crazy...

It's telling me:

"ERROR: Invalid Email Address Specified. This Email Address is not Registered."

Somebody please help me. unsure.gif

An email to support@asmallorange.com is the way to go and if you had have done that to begin with then I'd say you would already be happily logged into the support system.

Excellent update, i often found it difficult to uncover previous support topics without delving into my email account - and yet with this upgrade it retains all our previous support tickets too which is an added bonus.

I just emailed them right now.

I didn't want to bother them with an email; thinking I was just doing something wrong that one of you guys could help me with.  rolleyes.gif

edit: problem solved. thanks Tim!

Any chance of getting the "Support" link at the top of all the pages to go to "http://www.asmallora...ange.com/help/" instead of "http://www.asmallora....com/support/"? Everything @ /support/ is at /help/ and then some smile.gif
