I still have a few clients hosted elsewhere, Equivity & Interland, but as soon as I can I am moving them all!
ASO has been consistently quick with responses and mature in their expectations, helpful, friendly and yet to be phased by any of the 'relatively simple' but normal questions one has with a new host.
And email response to trouble tickets (they should be renamed 'no trouble tickets'!) is quick, friendly, helpful and has never left me hanging, even when the issue fell slightly outside of the ASO responsibility.
So thanks for making me look good to my clients, and great success as you grow and prosper!
