I just switched my hosting from Netfirms to ASO.
I have the following form email (which obviously doesn't work anymore):
<form method="post" action="http://www2.netfirms...formemail.bml">
<fieldset><input class="text" name="name" id="name" type="text" value="Name" /></fieldset>
<fieldset><input class="text" name="email" id="email" type="text" value="Email" /></fieldset>
<fieldset><input class="text" name="phone" id="phone" type="text" value="Primary Phone Number" /></fieldset>
<p><input type="hidden" name="my_email" value="me@myemail.com" /><input type="submit" value="Submit" /><input type="hidden" name="thankyou_url" value="thank-you.html" /></p></form>
Can someone please explain like I'm five: what's the easiest way to get this form operational?

There is a script available through cpanel called cgiemail that should do what you want. There are numerous other e-mail form scripts about the net as well.
Obsolescence is just a lack of imagination.
