Hello, I just signed up for the small reseller account, so I can host a couple of websites that I own. The problem is, when I use the FTP configuration file for filezilla, it takes me to a folder with an incoming folder. Where do I go to upload my website? I can't navigate anywhere with my ftp except into the incoming folder and back out. I need to get my files to the public folder???? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm new to using FTP, and I don't want to upload my website one file at a time using the file manager!

If you can just see an "incoming" folder then it sounds like you've not used the right username and password. The master username/password (the one you use to log into cPanel) should give you "~/" (your home directory), which will contain "public_html" - the folder that your main site runs from. Either you're using a different username/password, or you've somehow managed to get an anonymous account setup and ended up using that.

The other option that used to work (I'm on a VPS without access to cPanel, so I can't check) was to upload the website as a zip through File Manager and then unzip it on the server. I *think* File Manager has an "unzip" option, but I'm not 100% sure.
The more information you provide, the better answer the community can give.
