Disappointed by ASO

Three days ago (18 June 2012) I am in the middle of a meeting when I open my email to find it rolled back by over year. Quickly I check my sites and find that most of them are fine except for one, which is completely missing. I submit a ticket and wait.

I'm told that my server was moved and in the process that ASO made a mistake. About a year before I upgraded my account to a reseller account and ASO never removed the old files. These were the files that everything was pointing to and the reason why I was seeing email that was over a year old.

It took 24 hours for ASO to get the missing site back up. For that I'm glad, but I still have the email issue.

So here we are, on day FOUR, and all of my email is going into a black hole. I run my business email through my hosted ASO account, so who knows what impact that will have on my business.

I'm sharing this because, while I have had good custserv from them in the past, this is unacceptable to me.
