After the latest upgrade, my two sites on midsweet stopped working, due to a problem maybe with W3TC. The help desk cannot help me, I cannot access the admin dashboard, nor updating the WP installation. I already was on WP 3.4. Great job, ASO, I'm shocked, is there anybody willing to help me sorting out this mess?

EDIT: lost THREE SITES. Great.

I'm not a Wordpress user but this page:
http://wordpress.org...w3-total-cache/
suggests that the plugin I think you're referring to is only compatible with Wordpress versions up to 3.2.1, so you should maybe try removing it manually - follow the instructions on the page below (you'll probably need to skip the first one).

Thanks, I deleted everything about W3TC, but still getting an error like this

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 43253760) (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /home/phastidi/public_html/wp-includes/pomo/streams.php on line 86

I'm using Thesis Theme, I cannot access the dashboard, this is a nightmare...

Looks like WP is hitting up against the memory limit of the server at just over 40MB. You may be able to up the memory limit - I'm not on shared but you can sometimes do this through .htaccess or a custom php.ini file. The techs at help@asmallorange.com may be able to advise you better, though.

They are telling me that I'm on 128MB, but the site is evidently suffering by a lack of memory. This is a situation I've found today, I did absolutely nothing: no new plugin, no new themes, no hacks, anything at all. I've being told that "maybe you are watching a cached copy of your site". I wish ASO support didn't think that customers are by definition stupid. I've lost a whole day, with a site unusable, it's a shame.

An ASO manager just wrote to tell me they increased memory on Apache, with apologies. During 12 hours the technicians told me that the memory was correctly allocated. No comment. But the site loads nicely. All is well...
