Late this evening, we will undertake additional work to upgrade our help desk system beginning at 10PM Eastern, and we anticipate the upgrade to take around 3-6 hours. During the upgrade, you will be unable to submit support or billing tickets to us through the normal submission email addresses, and attempted submission via email may cause bounces due to the upgrade.

You will be able to send an email to emergency@asmallorange.com if there is an issue taking place that you need immediate attention for that cannot wait until after this maintenance period. We do ask that you hold any non-emergency issues that can be held until after the helpdesk is upgraded, and live chat will be available during this time.

Currently, the helpdesk is fully functional and you can again submit tickets via email however, the ability to submit tickets from the customer area is unavailable at this time due to further integration needed by our developers.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will continue to work to complete the upgrade and return that functionality to the customer area.
