Late this evening, we will undertake an upgrade of our help desk system beginning at 12 Eastern, and we anticipate the upgrade to take around an hour. During the upgrade, you will be unable to submit support or billing tickets to us, and attempted submission via email may cause bounces due to the upgrade.
During the upgrade while the helpdesk system is offline we will have extra technicians available on the live chat system to help you out with any high priority issues that you may run into that need a more immediate answer or solution to ensure that you are not inconvenienced too much during the time that the helpdesk will be unavailable.
