Hey everyone, verna's down for the moment- she had a PSU (power supply unit) failure. The datacentre teechnicians are currently working on getting it replaced. We'll let you know when she's back!
update-
the DC technicians are actually replacing the chassis to avoid a PSU swapout. currently they are working on the RAID array and networking.

just an update, the datacentre has reported the outage resolution is in its "final stages" and will be back "shortly"; no specific ETA has been received yet.
