hi,
i just got all the log on information today and am in the process of setting up my website.  im new to this, i've only had informal geocities pages in the past, so it seems a little bit complicated to me.

i purchased a domain about a week ago from register.com and purchased the tiny package from aso.  ive been able to get on cpanel and get all my files loaded (to the public_html folder, is that right?).  im trying to see how it looks as i go along, but none of the image files are showing up in the cpanel html editor (it does show me all the formatting) and when i try to go to my site (sohardyoungboy.com, dont worry its not adult) it still shows the register.com ads and the "coming soon" banner.  i did change the dns servers yesterday.

should i just have more patience?  is this something i need to bring up with register.com?

thanks everyone!
ben

DNS propagation can take a while, depending on your ISP. It does look like you've updated the name servers properly (http://whois.domaint...ardyoungboy.com) and I can see a white and florescent green "Enter" page if I go to the domain.

As an unrelated pointer - ditch the entry page. They were popular in the 90s, but they don't gain you anything (and may actually penalise you on search engines). People like to get to things as quickly as possible with as few clicks as possible, and if everyone links to your domain rather than a specific page then they'll all be linking to a low-value, content-less page.
The more information you provide, the better answer the community can give.
