Bernard suffered a hardware failure and has been decommissioned.  All account have been moved to sun.asmallorange.com.  If you're using our nameservers, you should be fine; however if you're not, please make sure to update the A record at your registrar so it points to the following IP address:

50.22.14.105

If you had a dedicated IP address, please open a ticket (or email help@asmallorange.com) so we can ensure you're still on a dedicated IP address (and provide you with the new one, for your records).
