Kudos for ASO Support

I am one of the customers recently brought from Drak.net. I was a long time customer of Drak.net and a devotee of Jenn Lepp. I had been a reseller for Drak.net and told anyone who needed web hosting about them. When she announced that the company was being acquired by ASO, I was nervous, and skeptical. She did say that the customer service was outstanding ... but ... you never know. I became extremely nervous when the actual migration began while I was literally on the road in the middle of my own migration from southern New Mexico to northern Idaho. At any rate, the transition went fairly smooth (at least on my end, and the hosting customers that I have). So I definitely give kudos for the transition. I've had a couple of relatively minor issues that were satisfied very quickly. However, this past week I had a bizarre/weird/random (I think) event occur wherein I lost all access to my site and to my hosting customers. It's taken a few days to get it all ironed out, but looks like it's good to go now. Major kudos to the ASO team for their patience, expertise, and all around excellent support during this time.
