I can't find the VIEW TICKETS link in support helpdesk, I only see SUBMIT A TICKET.
Where is it?

Login to your client area[1], you should be able to view tickets from there.

I noticed that yesterday. The "submit a ticket" section has no obvious "view my tickets" link and the "view my tickets" page doesn't have a quick link to submit a ticket. Seems like a missed trick to make it easier for users to navigate
