Starting immediately, ASO is offering live chat support to its customers on week days between 8 AM and 8 PM Eastern time (you can view this page to see what the current time is in Atlanta).
The same people who respond to tickets you send in are also staffing live chat, so they should be able to help you with pretty much anything that you'd otherwise address in a ticket. Anything that needs to be investigated or escalated might require a ticket, but that's only a small percentage of issues.
You can start up a live chat by visiting our support center at https://asmallorange.com/help/.
This live chat offering is currently in "beta" because we're testing a few things (hours, software, and staffing). As always, if you have any feedback, feel free to let us know by sending us an email or posting in this forum topic.

If it helps:
8am-8pm EST is 0300-1500 UTC
8am-8pm EDT is 0400-1600 UTC
8am-8pm EST is 0300-1500 UTC
8am-8pm EDT is 0400-1600 UTC
Obsolescence is just a lack of imagination.

Are we on EDT at the moment? The UK is on BST (British Summer Time = UTC+1) rather than GMT (Greenwich Mean Time = UTC), and I think EST is Eastern Standard Time (i.e. not daylight savings). Why can't everyone just use UTC/GMT and make it easier for the world
The more information you provide, the better answer the community can give.

I see tickets list has been removed from the page.
That it and never remembers me. Forgets that I logged in the second I close the tab. Annoying!
And to be clear, of course I check "remember me".
Update: It's because of no "www" in that link. You really should either require 'wwww" in all links or not. Easy enough with a single htaccess rule as I am sure you know.
