A Small Orange, a high-end shared, reseller, and dedicated web hosting company based in Atlanta, GA, is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and detail-orientated billing representative to join our growing team. The basics:
- Customer-focused, and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve customer issues. Going above and beyond is the standard at A Small Orange.
- Excellent written English. Support is currently provided over email only, but may expand to live chat and/or phone in the future.
- Technical enough to be comfortable using proprietary billing and user management scripts and applications (we’ll teach you, but you need the basics).
- Able to quickly and professionally respond to emails focusing on pre-sales inquires and billing issues and requests.
- Screen new orders to help prevent fraud and technical issues and set them up appropriately.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
Bonus stuff you might already know and we’d love to see (if not, you’ll learn these on the job):
- Experience working in web hosting and with the web hosting industry.
- Strong familiarity with ModernBill and WHMCS.
- Strong familiarity with the Enom and OpenSRS domain platforms.
- Basic knowledge of cPanel and WHM.
Extra bonus (you'll learn these if you’re interested, but if you know how to do these your resume will float to the top of the stack):
- Advanced knowledge of cPanel / WHM.
- Familiarity or experience with web-hosting related technologies, such as DNS, Web, FTP.
