I've been a happy ASO customer for over a year, so when it came time to start a bigger project I looked into the possibility of setting up a managed dedicated server here. I was a little worried about the sale of ASO, but having read Joeychgo's post, my fears were alleviated. As usual, ASO's support was impeccable. They (i.e., Andrew) responded to my inquiries quickly, tracked down a reclaimed server to save me money, worked with my university's somewhat slow invoicing process, and even transferred the dev site I had set up on my shared hosting over to the new server for me.

I'm a bit of a newbie in the server and hosting world, and one of the reasons that I had the confidence to move forward with this project was that I knew I'd have the great folks at ASO taking care of the server and available to help me out when I run into problems.

Glad you found my post helpful. On a side not, I have had troubles with one of my servers, and ASO has been right on top of the problem just as always. The sale of ASO doesnt seem to have hurt support whatsoever. Great Job ASO.
