Hi All

Please excuse the ignorance here.. I am still very much learning all this stuff... smile.gif

Am I right in thinking that with each ASO package, I will need one MAIN domain that will be set up,  Then, if I want to add additional domains to be pointed at subdirectories within my package, I use the Addon Domain manager yeah?

EG:  If I have www.mydomain.com as the main domain on the package, and I want say www. myseconddomain.com to be pointed at a directory off my root called /2domain - do I use Addon Manager to achieve this?

What I am confused about is if I have 10 domains registered with say namecheap.com and all having their nameservers modified to ASO's nameservers, and if I have several packages with ASO, how do they know which package to arrive at...??

Sorry if I am not making myself clear, maybe it's late and I have swallowed a stupid pill, but heck, I am confuzzled here at the moment huh.gif

Anyone advise pls... smile.gif

Yes, you would use an addon domain to get that domain to point to a subdirectory of the main domain.

As long as you set things up with the addon domains (or separate accounts in WHM if you're a reseller), the server will read the incoming domain and point it at the right files on the server.
