Jerry VPS Outage 07/21/09

We're currently working on an issue with our Jerry VPS node. The file system is undergoing a manual repair at the moment and all VPS's on this node are currently down. I'll update this thread once I have more information. I do not have an ETA at this time.

The hardware node has suffered a catastrophic failure and we're working to rebuild it from scratch. Once this is done we'll recreate the individual VPS nodes. We don't keep backups of the individual nodes so you will need to upload any backups you have and restore your account. If you have purchased backup space on our ftp server we can assist you in getting your VPS back online.

We do apologize for the inconvenience the outage has caused.
