Ok, for a couple of months I've been having to use a proxy site to access www.redgies-rp-co.uk, It worked fine before and now when i go to type the url in my address bar I get "Page can't be found" I've checked it with another isp it worked fine. Is there anyway i can get to the site without having to use a proxy? I've posted a Tech support ticket and i never got a resonse. I was told to come here and see if you guys could help me with my problem, which i hope you can. The site is working find cause i can access it through proxy. When i go to command prompt and ping the site, I get no response. I will post screenies if needed. If there is anymore info you need i will be more in happy to post it.
If this is the wrong spot to post this i will change it. Any help will be apperciated Thanks.

I'm the owner of the site in question, the only facility implimented to block access is on the forum, this persons IP nor Username is not subject to any bans nor range bans.
As well as this, we have tested on a none-forum page and he is still unable to access it.

According to a whois, redgies-rp-co.uk isn't registered. That would definitely be a problem, assuming the domain is correct.

Oops. I should have noticed that. It comes up fine on my end.
I would suggest that the person who owns the account (Redgie?) submits a support ticket with ASO. Tech support is designed to be available for ASO customers. It seems reasonable that ASO would ignore support requests from non-customers.

Are you able to access this forum, or our homepage (http://www.asmallorange.com) without using a proxy? If so, it could be that you are being blocked by the software firewall on that particular server. If now, more than likely your ISP is blocking our range for one reason or another.
If you are able to, please reply to this topic without using a proxy and I can check your IP address against the servers firewall.

You're being blocked by our firewall. Have the owner of the site open a ticket and we can have this removed for you.
