Here's the problem.  I have this weird rule or logic.  In this fast paced world I should be able to click onto your site and know what the site is or offers within the first 30 seconds.  I glanced over your site for 2 mins. and I still have no idea what it is.  I have a hunch it has to do with business/enterprising.

My recommendation would be to spell it out right up top.  Your sidebar is pretty scant for content, so that's the perfect place to introduce yourself or your site.  A small about paragraph with maybe a photo will go a long way to personalize your site.
