The Sun server has had a hardware failure and we're currently restoring the data from backup. I don't have an eta of when it will be completed but we are working to restore service as soon as possible.

Looks like the hardware is completely hosed on Sun so we're having to restore the image to another spare server we have. Hopefully we'll have this back online in the next few hours.

We're still working on it, it's taking a bit of massaging to get it back to normal after the restore.

It looks like the disk restore image is corrupt also, the data is restored but the file system is giving lots of errors. I'm pulling the cpanel backups over to Susan and are restoring each account there. I sincerely apologize for the downtime but this should get all of the accounts working as soon as the backups restore. The restores are running in alpha order based on your cpanel login name and the ip is the same. If you see any problems with your site after you are able to login via cpanel submit a ticket and I'll sort it out.

All of the transfers and restores have been completed, however due to a typo by me the sites have the new server ip instead of keeping the old one. The new ip is 64.22.96.56 and all of the dns should be updated soon if it hasn't already. Again I apologize for the extended downtime and I'll be revamping our recovery protocol to try to avoid problems like this in the future, along with extensive testing of the two failed systems to try and locate the cause of the problem.

If you are missing data submit a ticket and I'll see what I can do to get it off of the old server during my testing tomorrow.
