These guys are absolutely top notch with customer support. They always get back to me promptly, always polite and very helpful. I was a complete newbie to web hosting and they even went to the trouble of sorting out email issues for me, basically telling me how to set it up to coordinate with Mail.

Now the control panel is up and really well organised too, plus the help faq are comprehensive, no need to ask "dumb" questions of them.

Only issue I have had is with updating server stats, but they even updated those manually when i asked, till the issue was resolved.

$5 a month to get started, they will definitely get more cash from me in the future as I need to upgrade hosting for my steadily expanding blogs.
