I would honestly have to say I have 0 complaints for ASO Support. Each person that has assisted me has been professional, fast, and has a knowledge of what they are talking about and can always solve or fix a problem I have, answer a question, ect.

Out of all the web related support I receive I would have to rank ASO at #1. I know whenever I e-mail them I will always receive a speedy approperiate answer, and the tech. is either quick to reply or solves the problem.

Just like to say keep up the great work, and thanks for help you have given me. When I mean I have 0 complaints their is nothing I can pick apart or rant that I don't like, ect.

Same here, no complaints either. Matter of fact, I have recommended ASO to a few clients of mine. The support and servers run top notch! emoticon.gif emoticon.gif emoticon.gif

I also agree with both posters - ASO is a quality web host. Never had any issues with support response times, or anything, really. emoticon.gif

Never have had a complaint about ASO support. It's phenomenal. I've only have had to wait for more than an hour once but that was a mixup. Most support tickets are closed within half an hour. I'm very, very satisfied with ASO and am not leaving anytime soon.
