When we needed a new website for my school's journalism website, I proposed that it be student-built and managed, and I turned to ASO for the hosting. We have a budget of thousands of dollars, so they didn't mind spending 200 bucks a year for a decent package. We gave editors FTP access, and they uploaded huge amounts of data (pictures, etc. for the PRINT edition of the paper) - almost exceeding the 2.5 GB we were allotted. And no problems.

None. I noticed my site was down only twice in the past year or so, and only for five minutes. The speeds are wonderful. Support is the best. A month ago, I switched my personal site to ASO, and I've had zero problems. I sent a ticket to request SSH access for both websites, and they enabled it within 5 minutes. Literally, five minutes.

You guys are the best. I'll post here if I have any problems with my website and cancel for any reason, but my experience has been perfect so far. Thanks, keep it up.
