Hi

Please can someone help with my newbie question. Have looked in the FAQ and tried searching but not found anything. I have setup my FTP accounts and can login ok using coreftp. However whenever I try to transfer anything, I get "550 Access is denied." This is on my master account, anon account and new ones I created to test. Am I missing something here? FTP client is set to PASV and I'm not sure what the problem is.

As an aside I can view the anon ftp listing using firefox but not using IE.

Getting frustrated as I'd like to use FTP to upload my site as well as allow clients to upload large PDFs instead of emailing. What am I doing wrong? I'm sure its something really simple.. just can't figure out what.

Thanks in advance

I've never used coreftp but I took a quick look at their website. Do you have it set for SFTP instead of FTP? You can use SFTP on your main account if you submit a ticket and ask that SSH be enabled on your account. All of the other accounts require FTP. You could try a different client. I like WinSCP.
