There have been a lot of complaints on the forum recently about the apparent degradation in support. I just thought I'd let everyone know, that in the years I've been here, I've had very few incidents. Today, was one of those rare cases. I went to check something on my site, and it was down. I contacted support, and 5 minutes later I got a response saying they were rebooting. A few minutes after that and the site was back up.

So, thanks Support Guys for the quick response.
