Customers have been requesting the option for support through live chat for a long while. So, we're going to start trying it out today. We're pulling a "Google" here and running this on a Beta test for now. There may be kinks in the system or our own internal procedures that need to be worked out. Here are the notes/conditions during the beta:
- We'll have it on from 10am to 4pm EST Monday through Friday. This is to ensure there's always a manager available.
- There is no charge for live chat support. We are considering phone support for an additional cost down the line.
- The live chat system is only for support issues. Please don't use it to say "Hi", as that just ties up a tech from helping out another customer.
- If you have an involved support request, it would probably be better to file a normal ticket in the system. Live chat is geared more towards quick questions or issues, so choose wisely.
- Email/web tickets are still being answered 24/7 during this period and will continue to be our #1 priority.
