It says that if I'm using a credit card 24 hours I will get my account
I've since submit 3 support tickets and none reply

nevermind, found out that they rejected my credit card today because my card is consider fraud

Submitting multiple tickets is normally a bad idea as it just causes confusion and gets multiple people to repeatedly tell you the same thing. The only time it is good to send a request again is if you don't get the "your ticket was created" auto-response.
As for fraud, from the comments on the forums then that normally occurs for US cards being used from a European IP address. Apparently that's the way a lot of online fraud happens and so ASO err on the side of caution and decline the payment rather than help someone steal money off a fake/cloned card.
If you talk to Billing they should be able to work something out.
