A few days ago I signed up for a VPS account and have paid for it but have not gotten my email with all the info I need to get started. I have a techie waiting to transfer data. Can someone please check on my setup email? Please PM me or email me.

As it says at the top of the forum, this is all unofficial support. I'd recommend checking spam boxes and submitting a ticket to ASO asking about the details.

I have emailed support TWICE, and my spam filters let ASo thru to my inbox. It's NOT blocked.

Have you received an automated response? If not, they aren't getting your emails (or you aren't getting their emails). If this is the case, use https://www.asmallorange.com/help/ to submit a ticket. You should almost surely get an automated response sent to your email by submitting through the support desk. If you still do not get an automated response, there's some sort of hiccup between you and ASO.
