I've just now paid my invoice, which reminded me that since today, I've been here for 2 years.

Overall, it's been great; excellent support (more so in the early days, but I haven't needed to put in a ticket in months.), great uptime, and what feels like a great community here (I used to be pretty damned active here).

I've had some bad experiences, though:
When I was transferred server I had some DNS problems that I wasn't warned about, probably my fault, though. Got it fixed myself.
I had about a week of insanely slow server, with extremely high loads. I put in a ticket and was transferred to another server within 15 minutes.

Pros:
Excellent service
Excellent pricing (may seem expensive sompared to the likes of DreamHost and co, but for the extras you get here it's so worth it)
Excellent uptime
Excellent loyal community

Cons:
None, really.
